Do my orders need to be signed for?

All orders must be signed for to confirm delivery. This protects yourself and us from loosing parcels, and makes delivery problems easier to solve.

How do i get my 10% discount?

All products have already been discounted by 10%. Our products in the Amazon Marketplace will be 10% more in cost than you see on our website, so our website is the first place you should visit to get Morocco’s Finest products.

How do i unsubscribe from your newsletter?

If you wish to un-subscribe from our newsletter and promotions you have two options. Firstly you could select the unsubscribe button from the newsletter, as all newsletter should always have an un-subscribe option. Secondly you could contact us and make a request, however this option may take longer to complete the process.

How do i pay?

Once items have been added to your shopping basket, you can then visit your basket and press the checkout button. At this point you will be then transferred to a confirmation page, so you can confirm you have the right items and delivery options selected. Once you have confirmed your items you can submit your invoice address and delivery address, and make payments via a Direct Bank transfer, or PayPal. Once your payment has been approved you will receive a confirmation email which is your proof of purchase and your order is then complete.

How do i return or exchange an item?

The return or exchange procedure is simple. Customers must contact our admin department to let us know items are being returned, and wait for a response.  As long as the returned item complies with our return policy a full refund or exchange will be granted once we receive the item.

How do i cancel an order?

If you want to cancel your order, contact us and submit your name, address, & order number, and we will issue a refund if your item has not been dispatched yet. If it is too late and your order has already been dispatched then please don’t open your product when it arrives, let us know you are returning it.  A member of staff will contact you soon with the address to return products to.  Please read our terms and conditions for full details.

What are your delivery costs?

Our deliver costs are a flat rate of £1.99 for a First Class Signed For delivery service. (Your parcel must be signed for at the recipients door). Please leave order notes if you wish your parcel to be left with a neighbour. Orders received after 1pm will be sent the next day.

What will my bank statement say when i purchase from you?
